Smoked Trout Patés

 

Chris & Yvonne still have strong links with the Trout Farming Community of our past.

This allows us to produce these four premium products.

Due to the strict temperature control required for our Smoked Trout Paté - which contains no added preservatives, we currently entrust our paté to only one distributor: Flavours Shoalhaven.

Due to these restrictions we are unable to offer our Smoked Trout Paté through our online store.

We quite often dont even stock the pate's in our own store at Robertson, however you can probably find some down the road at the Old Cheese Factory in Robertson.

 

Original Smoked Trout Paté:

Our flagship paté, this has been made on the farm since 2002.

It is a little different to anything else on the market as its smooth and luscious flavours will attest.

Chilli Smoked Trout Paté:

 

For the first 20 seconds you will taste our Original paté followed by a nice warming on the back of your throat.

An excellent accompaniment to beer, or crisp dry wines.

Horseradish & Capers Smoked Trout Paté:

This is a traditional blend of highly compatible flavours for the more mature taste buds.

We suggest that you allow it to linger on your palette, before washing down with an unwooded Chardonnay.

Tarragon & Chives Smoked Trout Paté:

One of the most understated of all herb combinations imaginable.

The fresh aniseed flavours are popular with those in a party mood and blends well with a fruity Sauvignon Blanc.
