Ordering on line:

We request that you open an account with us as this will enable us to manage your purchases with a minimum of fuss.

We are not interested in your details for any other purpose than for the delivery of your order - as a matter of fact we don’t even want the responsibility of your banking details so all transactions will be directed through PayPal.

Here you will have the options of paying by your credit card, debit card or your own PayPal account.

Delivery:

After a bit of research Robertson Fine Foods have decided the best service and the best price award went to Fastway Couriers, who will deliver to your home or office for $12.45 for a package large enough for a dozen jars of Jam and or Relish.

This service should be completed in less than 7 days from your paying for your order.

Your goods will be insured & trackable (through their web site link above)  with the number we will email to you when your order departs Robertson Fine Foods.

Should you not be available to sign for your order, Fastway will leave a calling card so you can make arrangements directly with them. You can even direct them to leave your order in a safe place of your choice.

Should you require us to send your goods to a PO Box we would have to use Australia Post this would need to be a quoted price from Australia Post & so we do not recommend it.
